| COREMIX 30/60/120 COREMIX are automatic pasteurizers for low and high pasteurization using a special thermoconductor liquid for indirect thermal treatments. The transparent lid contains a safety micro switch, preventing the unit from starting, when it is opened. All components coming into contact with the mix are manually removable for easy cleaning and maximum sanitation. Spout washing is incorporated. In case of power supply interruption, the "intelligent" memory of COREMIX, permits the repetition (if necessary) of the pasteurization cycle. |

Adjustable timing and temperature controls can be operated either manually or automatically for a flexible working procedure. Bakery-processors with 14 automatic and 10 adjustable cycles for any specific recipe. Multilingual liquid crystal display (LCD). Temperatures can be regulated from +1 to +100?C. Agitation can be slow, quick or intermittent. Double lid for easy addition of ingredients during processing and better discharge of steam. The heating and cooling cycles are obtained using a special circulating thermoconductor liquid. Both models can operate with 50% or full vat of mix and have automatic memory of the last programmed cycle. The unit can produce all bakery specialities, it is also useful for pasteurizing ice-cream mix or temperate chocolate. Cook or chill procedures can be fullfilled for gastronomical preparations that need a rapid cooling for the best hygienic conservation. |
