     Rack  Oven

ROTOR is a ventilated rotary oven with rotating trolley, in which the product to be baked is subjected to a flow of air heated by a generator and circulated by an electric fan. The air is blown into the baking chamber through specially designed openings with adjustable air locks to ensure uniform baking of the products on every tier of the trolley.

The motors are situated on the top of the oven and work directly without using belts for ensuring longer-lasting and quieter operation.

Heating: by heat exchanger for operation with a gas or gas oil burner or by stainless steel armed and finned heating elements

Structure : The oven is completely manufactured in stainless steel, including the lateral panels.

Steamer : The ROTOR oven is equipped with a steamer installed inside of the baking chamber, to put a shine on the loaves as they are baked. The steamer is located on the rear side of the baking chamber in the models Ellade and Prisma S1, while is on the left hand side in the models Prisma C1. It operates reliably even under conditions of continuous baking, ensuring the necessary quantity of steam that is controlled by a solenoid. The solenoid is in turn controlled by a pushbutton that allows water to flow for an amount of time dependent on the type of products, and adjustable by the operator by means of a timer on the control panel.

Control panel: Simple to use and easy to read, powered at low voltage for safety (12/24 volt). Also available in computerized version with automatically powered exhaust valve.

    Planetary Mixer

The C-line 10/20/40/60 Planetary Mixers were specifically designed for confectionary productions. Not only attractively priced, but the machines require minimal to no maintenance.

The design and features of the C-LINE Series Planetary Mixers allow one to carry out very precise work cycles.
One of the main features contributing to precise operation is the simple Control Panel. The panel allows the operator to control mixing time and speed. Use of the various mixing utensils, which are easily and quickly changed, guarantee gentle, gradual and homogenous mixing. All these features make the C-Line 10/20/40/60 Planetary Mixers ideal to whip (i.e. mousse and creams) and also to mix small quantities of dough.

    Dough Sheeter Machine

The LAM line of Reversible Sheeters were specifically designed with the particular consideration for use within small bread-pastry bakeries, hotels and restaurants.

Dimensions of the machine are quite compact, more so when the machine is in it?s storage position.

Once finished using the machine, the conveyor tables can be raised up into a resting position, thereby occupying less space within the work area.

This position alsoz facilitates effective cleaning of the unit.

The absence of uncovered and unprotected electrical components, motors, and chords, the detailed conformity of exterior panels, the simplicity of the removeable and replaceable dough scrapers without use of tools and minimal time to do so, make this unit particulary simple and expedient to clean.

Ergonomically designed handles facilitate ease of dough thickness selection with a high degree of accuracy and confidence.
